Nedbank
is not helping me at all. The department that you managed to get me in
contact with is also fooling around with me now. Someone of the
excecutive support department told me over the phone on Friday that she
will get my money reversed. All that I need is the admission from the
company who debited the money. I managed to get the admission. Now her
story changed as well and that the matter is with the fraud
investigation department.
She then admitted that Naeem the idiot who started the investigation was wrong but now she is saying the same thing.
My
following email will be the response she had when I asked her this.
Even if they are investigating the account that should not have
happened.They have 20 working days to do so and then give me an
explanation in writing why they can or not assist me. This is the rules
of the Ombudsman for banking services. Calculating from the 31st of
May, their 20 working days are over. I demanded an explanation and they
refuse to answer. They are bullying me and trying to get away without
giving me my money.
Please expose them. They are given to much grace. I was overly patient with them. It is longer than a month ago.
They do not follow any rules set out for banks.
